High Heels and Wood Floors

Quick Fact:  Most people know women should not wear high heels on a hardwood floor,  but do you know why? A 125 pound woman walking with high heels has an impact of 2,000 pounds per square inch!  Even more surprising, an exposed heel nail can exert up to 8,000 pounds per square inch!  Could you imagine the dent that might leave in a floor!?!
